So Before going over to How to add daily tasks to outlook calendar you should have all the tasks list with timelines and dates on which you want to perform the tasks because This will make adding the tasks a lot easier if you have already created a list on a app like word, notepad or on a simple notebook.
Adding Tasks to Outlook Calendar and managing them :-
1) Launch Outlook: First step is to Open your Microsoft Outlook application and navigate to the Calendar view and open it.
2) Create a New Task: Click on the Arrow Button next to "New Task" button or press Ctrl+Shift+K to open the task creation window.
3) Enter Task Details: Provide a Title of the tasks, descriptive title, set the start and due dates, assign a priority level, and add any additional notes or attachments. So Now here MS Outlook is providing several other additional benefits like in Below points:-
A) Set Recurrence:- If you need to set the repetition of the tasks, Then you can change the don't repeat to daily, weekly, monthly, and custom also. And in custom you can select days on which you want the task to repeat
B) Assign Task:- You can add or assign tasks to others meaning, you can collaborate your task with other persons by simply adding their mail IDs there. This is specially useful for adding work tasks.
C) Set Reminders:- You can set reminders of the Tasks so that you can get to know earlier that the task is to be performed on a set time. So It is suggested to use it on all the task as per your choice.
D) Add Description and Attachments:- Also, Along with adding description of the tasks, You have the option to attach the other documents, images etc. which are required for the task so that you can get easy access to those files on scheduled time
4) Save the Task: Click "Save & Close" to add the task to your Outlook calendar.
5) Marking Tasks as Complete :- Now you will be reminded of the task just on the set time of reminder and you can dismiss the notification or snooze it also for sometime. And After completion of the tasks you can click on the flag next to the task to Mark the task as Complete.
