Get proper sleep every day:- This point links with the above point discussed as proper sleep can only make you fully active for the next day to get your daily activities finished faster and better. It's essential to have full sleep. There is no thumb rule in terms of how much time you need to sleep, as for some people 6 hours or for others 8 hours works well. But You find that you are not able to stay active during the first half of the day doing normal activities, then It can be a good sign that you need to have a better sleep.
