Overcoming this distraction becomes more difficult as this distraction has become a part of everyone's life, so It needs a lot of discipline and will power as also to avoid this distraction.
Solution: Begin by setting specific study periods without any digital devices. Use apps or browser extensions to block distracting websites during these periods. Gradually increase the duration of distraction-free study sessions as you build discipline and focus.
2. Environmental Distractions:
Noisy surroundings, cluttered study spaces, or uncomfortable seating arrangements can disrupt concentration. The study environment needs to be quiet, organised in order to calm down your mind and not to think about any external disturbance
Solution: Create and find a dedicated study area that is quiet, well-organized, and comfortable. It can be a library, a living room or your own room as well. Use noise-canceling headphones or play soft instrumental music to drown out external noise. Start with short study sessions in this optimized environment and gradually extend the duration.
3. Procrastination:
The tendency to delay tasks and prioritize short-term gratification over long-term goals can lead to distractions. Usually, this is on account of studying seems to be very tough or a chapter or topic is too lengthy complicated that a student only wants to avoid the topic for now.
Solution: Break down your study tasks into smaller, manageable chunks. Set specific goals and deadlines for each task, and reward yourself upon completion. Start with short study intervals and gradually increase the duration, maintaining a consistent study routine.

5. Physical and Mental Discomfort:
Hunger, fatigue, or discomfort can divert our attention away from studying. Also more than this, any of your internal and external health issue can also contribute to this fatigue. And above this, more important is that whether your mind is out of stress, anxiety or depression etc. which cause a great disturbance in your study routine
Solution: Prioritize self-care by ensuring you have regular meals, sufficient sleep, and comfortable study conditions. Take short breaks for stretching or light exercise to refresh your mind and body. Start by incorporating breaks into your study routine and gradually increase their frequency. Also balance your life by involving in some other activities like doing any household work, engaging in a hobby, etc.
